The University of Melbourne Interprofessional Education and Practice Health Students' Network is proud to present the Fourth Annual Interprofessional Practice Conference.
The conference is a full-day event involving multiple speakers and interactive workshops. The theme this year is 'International Health'.
Multidisciplinary team case-based scenarios:
We will provide opportunities to develop communication and team work skills through networking and knowledge-sharing. You will be able to demonstrate your leadership skills by guiding a multidisciplinary team through problem-solving and case-based scenarios. We’re excited to incorporate a complex humanitarian spin to this years case.
Our event will also include a panel of alumni and final year students on experiences and insights on international placement. We hope to inspire and prepare you for applying for and embarking on your own international placements and any future international work.
Our health experts will guide you in developing skills to work in an international heath setting. We will predominantly focus on low and middle-income countries and the role of interdisciplinary practice in this setting.
Make sure to sign up for your chance to branch out, meet fellow health-care students and acquire key skills in interprofessional practice.
Participants will receive a signed certificate of participation.
