IPEP HSN proudly presents the 5th annual Interprofessional Practice Conference:
PSYCHOSOCIAL CARE IN HEALTHCARE SETTINGS

As health professionals, we must be equipped to provide person centred care within collaborative, multidisciplinary teams. Encounters with the health system can be distressing and anxiety-provoking for patients and families.
